Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at Saunier Duval Boutique. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Return Period
You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange request.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original condition, unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Boilers and water heaters that have been installed or whose packaging has been opened
- Tap accessories that have been mounted or tested
- Opened sealing products and consumables (gaskets, sealants, etc.)
- Clearance or special promotion items (unless manufacturing defect)
These restrictions are based on our product categories including: Accessoire De Robinetterie, Chaudière, Chaudière électrique, Chaudière Gaz, Chauffe-eau, Chauffe-eau électrique, Chauffe-eau Gaz, and various consumables.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Return Authorization Request
Before returning any item, you must obtain a return authorization by contacting our customer service at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Name of the product you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
Step 2: Package Preparation
Once your request is approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your invoice and the return form (if provided).

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will send you a confirmation email of receipt
- Refund processing will be initiated within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another:

- Once your return is received and validated, we will ship the new item
Shipping costs for the new item are covered by us.
If the exchange product has a different price:
- If the new product is cheaper: we will refund the difference
- If the new product is more expensive: you will need to pay the difference before shipment
Defective Products or Our Error
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return
- We will cover all associated shipping costs
- We will ship the replacement product as soon as we receive the defective return
